Contact Me

Please use this form for routine questions and concerns only. I appreciate all feedback, positive or negative, that helps my blog grow. Some things to keep in mind:

  • I do not offer therapy, nor am I allowed to diagnose anyone online. That’s a big non-no in my profession. However, I can answer general questions about therapy, diagnoses, or anything else for that matter.
  • Do NOT use this form if you are experiencing a medical emergency, or if you are suffering from suicidal or homicidal thoughts. Please contact your nearest emergency services providers. You can find a list of relevant numbers here. In the United States, call 911.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
